You can manage customer tags for your contact list.

1. Purpose of creating tags for contact lists #

Create tags for your contact list to help you categorize contacts in your contact list more easily, create customer funnels more easily, and help you target future campaigns more easily.

Example use case of creating tags for contact lists

You have a list of potential customers and you are running an email marketing campaign for your product to this list. You can categorize customer tags into 3 tags on 1 list as follows:

• – After the user receives the email: You set the system to create a “Sent” tag
• – After the user opens the email: You set up the system to create a “Seen” tag
• – After the user clicks on the link inside the email: You set up the system to create a “Purchased” tag

As the list above shows, if you still want to sell this product next time, you just need to send marketing emails to this contact list with the tag "Viewed" or "Purchased" to save costs and hit the right target.

2. Instructions for creating cards for contact lists #

To create tags for your contact list, you need to go into your email marketing campaign or customer funnel and segment tags for the following contact types:

• – After the user receives the email
• – After the user opens the email
• – After the user clicks on the link inside the email

Or you can add tags to your customer list from the segmentation feature.

3. Instructions for managing tags on contact list #

You can access the tag manager to see statistics of the tags you create, the number of contacts of each tag, delete tags on this page: https://my.vimail.vn/contacts/alltags

To delete an existing card, please follow the instructions.

Note: Deleting an existing card in the system will not delete the contact list of that card.
