  • I have paid but have not received an email notification of successful payment?

    After 15 minutes since you paid but have not received an email notification of successful payment. Please contact our support department for support checking.

    Note: Because our payment system pays and confirms completely automatically, customers should note that when transferring money, they must write correctly. transfer content then the system will automatically confirm the order. If after payment, you realize that you have entered the wrong transfer content, forgot to enter the transfer content, bPlease contact our support department for assistance checking.


  • How long does it take for my account to get an increased email sending limit?

    After you successfully pay, our staff will check the system and add the number of emails you purchased to your email sending limit. The processing time can be from 15 minutes (If you pay during business hours) to the next morning (If you pay after business hours). 

    After we process and add The number of emails you purchase reaches your sendable email limit, the system will send you an email notification to confirm with the title "Order successful".

  • Can I purchase additional emails multiple times per month?

    Yes, you can purchase multiple times per month or even multiple times per day. There is no limit to the number of additional emails you can purchase. Once payment is received, we will automatically check the system and add the number of emails you purchased to your monthly email limit.

  • How long is the additional email subscription valid for?

    Your customer's additional email purchases will never expire.

  • Can I use my domain email to send marketing emails?

    After registering an account at Vimail, customers who need to send marketing emails using domain email such as: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] can contact our support department for installation instructions.

    Note: Customers only need to own the domain name that they want to send email by domain name, do not need to have email by domain name. After receiving the domain name, we will proceed to install and provide email by domain name for customers according to the available domain name.

    After registering for a free account, customers can use their email address [email protected] to send marketing emails on Vimail.

  • How can I pay?

    You can pay for Vimail in 2 ways:

    - Payment by bank transfer

    - Payment by credit card, debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay.

  • Do you offer a refund if the software doesn't work?

    We guarantee that our software operates according to the features listed on the website vimail.vn. In case of system failure that causes us to be unable to meet certain features of the software, we will refund the customer.

  • Can I use Vimail to send “Cold Email”?

    No. Vimail is a software created by us to serve traditional e-marketing purposes. Therefore, in order to avoid affecting the reputation of the sender in general, we absolutely prohibit the act of sending “Cold Email” on the Vimail system. If our system detects any customer sending “Cold Email” on the Vimail system, that customer’s account will be locked immediately and that customer will be denied from continuing to use Vimail services. We hope customers understand.

  • Does Vimail have team features?

    Yes, Vimail has a team feature. In which, team accounts can access all content in the group (number of emails sent, created email templates, campaign statistics,....)

  • I am on the free plan, can I contact support?

    Yes, We do not differentiate between paid and free customers. If you have any questions about Vimail user guide, you can contact support for help.

Free & Paid Accounts

  • What is the difference between the free plan and the paid plan?

    The only difference between the free and paid plans is the number of emails you can send per month. The free plan is limited to 3000 emails/month. Meanwhile, in the paid plan, you can freely choose the number of emails you want to send and pay according to your needs. 

    Apart from the number of emails sent per month, the other features of the two packages are the same, there is no difference.

  • Can I sign up for multiple free plans?

    No. Our original purpose of creating the free plan was to allow customers to experience and learn the features of Vimail. Therefore, you cannot register for multiple free plans for one individual. This violates our terms of use and we will block all violating accounts if we detect any individual having more than 1 account at Vimail.

  • How long is the free account valid for?

    To help you better understand the features and quality of Vimail, each free account has a 6-month validity period. 

  • Do you offer bulk discounts?

    Yes, we do offer discounts for bulk purchases.

    You can refer to the following:

    - 10% discount for customers who buy 10,000 emails or more

    - 20% discount for customers who buy 20,000 emails or more

    - 30% discount for customers purchasing 40,000 emails or more

    - 40% discount for customers purchasing 60,000 emails or more

    - 50% discount for customers who buy 100,000 email package
