1. Refund Policy

Because vimail is intended to be a “buy as much as you want – use as much as you want” product, we only refund in case the customer has purchased an additional email package and cannot use it due to our system error that we cannot fix within 1 week.

2. Refund Limit

The maximum refund amount is based on the amount converted to the number of unused messages remaining in your account.

3. Refund method

Refunds will be made to the customer's original payment method that was used to pay us.

4. Refund period

We process refunds within 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).

Note: This refund period only includes our processing time, not the processing time of other payment intermediaries such as banks, credit institutions, e-wallets, other third parties. For the exact processing time of other parties, please contact their support department directly.
